About Lunch Bunch
Lunch Bunch allows our preschoolers to share a meal with peers, fostering independence and meaningful friendships through conversation and cooperative play.
Guidelines

Parents pack a peanut-free lunch.

Lunches must meet USDA guidelines including a protein, fruit, vegetable and grain.

Milk or water is provided.

Small treats for dessert are welcome (Hershey's Kiss, fruit snack, etc.).

Sunflower, cashew and almond butter are acceptable but must be labeled.

Payment made at the end of the month via ACH withdrawal.

Gathering & Gratitude
We begin with handwashing and finding our spots at the table. Once all are ready to eat we sing or say a prayer of thanks for the food we are about to eat.
Schedule & Routine
12:10 PM - 12:30 PM
Mindful Lunch
Children eat their peanut-free home-made lunches next to their friends. Milk is provided.
12:30 PM-12:50 PM
Play & Tidy Up
Children from multiple classes will be in this space to play together. They often will make new friends during this time in the classroom or out on the playground.
12:55-1:00 PM
Gather & Go
Children get their coats, outdoor gear along with their backpacks and lunches and are brought to door #11 where the parents meet us.

Single Day Enrollment
The Lunch Bunch Sign up is located at Door #11 (Preschool Entrance). You may cancel your child's lunch bunch as long as it is 24 hours in advance. We staff this activity based on numbers.Â
